I am working with Microsoft M365 Copilot for a while now, time to share some handy prompt structures and tips!
Why bother with a cheat sheet?
Because Copilot is a bit like that super‑smart friend who can do everything… but only if you ask the right question. Miss a detail, and you’ll get an answer that’s close, but not exactly what you want. The cheat sheet keeps you on track by reminding you to include four important pieces
Goal: What do you actually need?
Context: What background should Copilot know?
Details/Expectations: Form, length, tone…
Sources: Drop in docs, emails, or names with “/”.
